Trotz des Drucks beim FC Bayern sieht er für sich keine Burn-Out-Gefahr. In Stress-Momenten versuche er "Dinge, die mich in der Freizeit glücklich machen, dann ein bisschen mehr zu machen. Oder eben den freien Tag auch wirklich frei zu nutzen", sagte Nagelsmann.

Er habe sogar mal Tests zum Burn-Out-Risiko machen lassen: "Ich bin da bei null Prozent. Es gibt tatsächlich wenige Menschen, die bei null Prozent sind. Ich hatte kein Risiko und ich hoffe, die Maschine behält recht."
